FAQ

Questions before you enquire

Guest capacity, minimum stays, the walk to Saline and what the house team includes or arranges.

Write to the house

Villa Dunes welcomes twelve guests in six bedrooms. Four are in the main house, with one in each bungalow. The villa sleeps exactly twelve. The two dining tables seat sixteen each, so the house can host more at dinner than it sleeps.

Saline beach is five minutes on foot over the dune. The private path from the house joins the public sandy path to the beach. Gustavia is about ten minutes away by car through Lurin.

The standard minimum stay is seven nights, and ten nights during the festive period. Five nights may be accepted for a last-minute stay, and occasionally four depending on the period.

Villa Dunes is $85,000 per week in low season, $130,000 per week in high season and $250,000 per week during the festive period. The full season dates are published with the rates on the enquiry page.

Every stay includes airport transfers on arrival and departure with the house team, car rental coordination, a personal welcome and house tour, daily housekeeping, laundry returned the following day, and maintenance and personal attention throughout.

Working with vetted third parties, the team can arrange massage on the villa's massage patio, gym and yoga teachers, boat days to Colombier, St Martin or Anguilla, breakfast delivery, a stocked fridge on arrival, lagoon visits, diving, treks, restaurant reservations and a private chef for dinner at the villa.

Share your preferred dates and number of guests. The house manager checks availability, replies directly and confirms every stay personally. Reservations are handled by enquiry rather than instant booking, and there is no online payment.
